Climate Data Analysis

Working with CMIP5/CMIP6, nextGEMS, large ensembles, reanalysis, and precipitation products to evaluate tropical precipitation, regional circulation, and model performance.

Reproducible Model Experiments

Building Python and YAML-configured experiment workflows for the superdroplet model CLEO, and analysing model diagnostics for km-scale, ensemble, and GeoMIP studies.

High-Performance Computing & Open Science

Processing climate data with CDO, NCO, NetCDF, and Bash on Slurm-based systems, including Levante at DKRZ and Shaheen III at KAUST. Version-controlled workflows use Git.
